1. Introduction

Welcome to RK Annapurnaa Industries. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products including namkeen, mixtures, and related food items. 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Products & Pricing

We sell packaged food products including namkeen and mixtures. All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive/exclusive of GST (mention clearly). Prices may change without prior notice. Product images are for representation purposes only. Packaging may vary.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to: Incorrect pricing Stock unavailability Suspicious or fraudulent transactions In case of cancellation, the paid amount will be refunded as per our refund policy.

5. Payment Terms

We accept payments through: UPI Debit/Credit Cards Net Banking Wallets Cash on Delivery (if applicable) Payments must be completed before order dispatch (except COD orders). We are not responsible for payment failures due to banking or gateway errors.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days. Delivery timelines depend on location and courier partners. We are not responsible for delays caused by: Natural calamities Courier issues Incorrect address provided by customer Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of food products: Returns are not accepted once the package is opened. Returns are only accepted if: Product is damaged during transit Wrong product delivered To claim return: Notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging. Approved refunds will be processed within [5-7] business days.

8. Product Information & Allergies

Our products may contain ingredients like peanuts, gluten, dairy, or other allergens. Customers are advised to read ingredient labels carefully before consumption. We are not liable for allergic reactions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including: Logo, Images, Product descriptions, Designs, are the property of RK Annapurnaa industries and may not be copied or used without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

RK Annapurnaa Industries shall not be liable for: Any indirect or incidental damages Health issues arising from improper storage after delivery Delays beyond our control Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to: Use the website for fraudulent purposes Provide false information Attempt to harm or hack the website Violation may result in account suspension and legal action.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
